Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

To exercise this right, the product must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

Sealed Trading Card Products

Due to the nature of collectible trading card products, the following items are not eligible for return once opened or unsealed:

  • Booster Packs
  • Booster Bundles
  • Booster Boxes
  • Elite Trainer Boxes (ETBs)
  • Collection Boxes
  • Premium Collections
  • Tins
  • Special Collection Products
  • Any other factory-sealed trading card product

Returns are only accepted if the factory seal remains completely intact.

Single Cards

Individual trading cards are non-refundable and non-returnable unless:

  • The incorrect card was supplied.
  • The card received differs significantly from its listed condition.
  • The item is defective due to an error on our part.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photographs of:

  • The received item
  • The product packaging
  • The shipping label

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement, refund, or other suitable resolution.

Damaged Deliveries

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

  • The outer shipping box
  • The internal packaging
  • The damaged product
  • The shipping label

All orders are documented prior to dispatch, including photographs of the product and packaging condition.

Claims relating to shipping damage will be reviewed and submitted to the shipping carrier for investigation before any refund, replacement, or compensation is approved.

Refunds, replacements, or compensation relating to transit damage will be considered only after the shipping carrier's investigation has been completed and a decision has been reached.

Additional information may be requested to support the claim.

Failure to provide sufficient evidence of shipping damage may result in the claim being denied.

Return Conditions

Returned items must:

  • Be unused
  • Be in their original packaging
  • Include all accessories and contents
  • Be adequately protected during return shipping

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • An incorrect item was sent
  • The item was defective upon arrival
  • The return is required due to an error on our part

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Please allow 5-10 business days after approval for funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or where the return results from our error.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws and this Return & Refund Policy.

Fraud Prevention

To protect both our customers and our business, we reserve the right to:

  • Request photographic evidence of any reported issue
  • Review photographs taken during the packing and dispatch process
  • Verify shipment records, carrier tracking information, and delivery records
  • Refuse claims that contain false, misleading, or fraudulent information
  • Report suspected fraudulent activity to the relevant authorities and payment providers
