Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment has been successfully received.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
During periods of high demand, product launches, pre-orders, holidays, or promotional events, processing times may be extended.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active after shipment.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.
Delivery times may vary depending on:
- Destination country
- Shipping carrier
- Customs processing
- Weather conditions
- Seasonal demand
- Other circumstances outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or other third parties.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us because:
- The delivery address was incorrect
- The package was refused
- The package was not collected from a pickup location
- Delivery could not be completed due to customer-related reasons
The customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs incurred for reshipment.
Lost Packages
A package will not be considered lost until the shipping carrier's investigation has been completed.
If a shipment is reported as lost, we will cooperate with the shipping carrier to investigate the matter.
Refunds or replacements for lost shipments will only be considered after the carrier confirms that the package has been lost.
Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:
- The shipping box
- Internal packaging
- Damaged product(s)
- Shipping label
All orders are documented before dispatch, including photographs of the product and packaging condition.
Damage claims will be submitted to the shipping carrier for investigation.
Refunds, replacements, or compensation relating to shipping damage will only be considered after the carrier's investigation has been completed and a decision has been reached.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT, handling fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
Pre-Orders
Products purchased as pre-orders will be shipped once stock becomes available.
If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order may be held until all items are available unless otherwise specified.
Release dates are provided by manufacturers and distributors and may change without notice.
Trading Card Product Availability
Due to allocation changes from distributors and manufacturers, availability of trading card products may be subject to change.
In rare cases where we are unable to fulfill an order, customers will be offered a refund or alternative solution.
Liability
Our responsibility for an order ends once the package has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer, except where applicable consumer protection laws state otherwise.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit orders at our discretion, including cases involving pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product availability issues.
